The Belvedere Apartments

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an apartment tour for 12:00 PM and arrived on time, but there was no one in the leasing office. I called the number provided and was told someone would come, but after waiting over 30 minutes, no one showed up and there was no follow-up. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would expect better communication and reliability from a building like this.

The Belvedere is a great place to live. Perfect location, great amenities, rent stabilization, and a charming building with old school character. I’ve had amazing experiences with the maintenance staff as well as the property manager, Kyle, who has been super helpful to me and my roommate. I feel so lucky to live here!

I've lived at the Belvedere for about a year now. Without a doubt, I can say that this is the best place I've ever lived. High ceilings, beautiful floors, an ample amount of windows. A very quiet building, and the residents are very friendly. New furniture on the rooftop too, just in time for the summer. The location can't be beaten either, you're 10-15 minutes away from everything just by walking. Restaurants, grocery stores, Logan Circle and DuPont, downtown D.C. and the Mall, etc. Every Metro line is just 10 minutes away via Metro Center or Mt. Vernon as well. It's difficult to think of how much more "central" you can be in D.C. to everything. Kyle and the maintenance staff do a fantastic job. They're always available if there's any questions or concerns. I've only lived at Belvedere for 6 months but so far it has been a great experience! Bernstein management is easily the best I've had in 15 years of renting in 3 different cities. The staff at Belvedere are nice and competent, and happy to take care of any issues promptly. The location is hard to beat, they allow pets, and the included amenities (gym, roof deck, laundry, bike room) are a huge plus. The only downside of being on a major street 1.5 blocks from a fire station is the traffic noise and frequent sirens blasting.

I am so grateful for all that Kyle does to make The Belvedere Apts a wonderful place to live. He gave me my original tour of the apts and I knew it was the place for me. Kyle is professional, personable and kind. Kyle is knowledgeable and is always available to answer my questions or concerns. The few minor maintenance requests I’ve had were all addressed promptly. The building is immaculately maintained, quiet, safe and comfortable. I’m more than happy here.
