Residing at this place over 5 years. Very unprofessional and maintenance work needs to be done monthly. I've had a broken refrigerator that took days for them to replace. Food spoiled and they were no help. Heater stopped working during the winter. Had to put in multiple maintenance request for someone to finally come out. Katie at the front desk gave me sooo much attitude when I was receiving myoce out forms. I wouldn't recommend with the price you will also receive hassle and unprofessionalism

It’s unsettling how this company partners with third-party contractors to make living here more stressful. They keep tow trucks on call, turning our complex into an open buffet for registration tows. These trucks prowl the property late at night, inspecting vehicles like predators looking for prey. In an economy this brutal, you’d think management would show a little compassion; but they don’t. One mistake, and your car’s gone. They’ll tow you with a smile, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a kickback system behind it. Human struggle is a dissonant subject for them, and making people’s life a little bit harder seems to be their goal.

There's little to no guest parking and each unit only gets one parking pass, even if there's multiple cars. Just don't plan on having guests over or living with your significant other. Each unit should have at least two spots, especially since parking isn't assigned, except for guests, and it's any parking that's not covered, so like 12 spots in the entire complex. This issue should be addressed. Please and thank you!!

When I talked to the property manager while i was staying here, i complained to her about the maintenance people meeting outside my window everyday at around 730 or 8 am. I asked if they could meet somewhere else, like the office area or just somewhere else. She said how would that be fair to the other guests. How is that fair to me?? Nothing changed and I had to move out because it was so frustrating.

We’ve been residents here since 2020 and we’ve always had a good experience. The grounds are clean, the pools are clean, good amenities, helpful and fast maint team. The location is really good as well. Grocery stores within walking and since we like to travel, the airport is a short Uber away. We kept renewing for a reason. We needed a bigger apartment because we had a baby and so we were able to transfer and have been living in our new apartment for a week now! Chanee and Jill in the office really went above and beyond for us during our transfer to help make it happen and it meant a lot to us the kindness and professionalism they both showed. Kristy is great too! Highly recommend.
