The Belmont Apartments

It was full of roaches from the beginning when we got our keys. The mgr said it would look exactly like the demo apt but it had gross floors that didn’t look cleaned at all. Our ac unit was out for 2 months during summer. The complex is not well kept at all & there is ALWAYS cops there for acts of violence. The mgr takes forever to return calls. People in the complex are rude and constantly make threats to others. We even had a homeless man in the stair well a few times. By far one of the worst complex’s. Would not recommend at all.

Maintenance was short handed today. However, the problem with my living room door was fixed. I am able to open it and close it without struggling to get it open. Thank you Jamud Hooks (maintenance man. I appreciate you coming through.

Very unprofessional. Nikki the training manager talked negatively about my child. Ashlie moved me into an apartment that was not ready and now refuses to complete the work orders that she knew she had to complete prior to me moving in. They are ignoring my calls and being very disrespectful.

Do not EVER move into these raggedy apartments. Maintenance will not fix ac unit (has not worked consistently once since I moved in here), but will push window units in themselves if they catch you trying to keep your apartment a livable temperature. Just today an aggressive matienence man knocked my window unit out, which resulted in the bruising in the pictures below after full on screaming me that they 'had told us' to take them out, which they have not once. Sewer water leaks monthly, rat infestations, roach infestations, etc. Not to mention a manager who's ready to charge a fine at any slight convenience. You'd be better off finding a homeless shelter than wasting money on this dump. Sincerely, someone who's wasted three years here.

Mailbox key was resolved, other than that.... I'll get back to the review depending if anything happens.. my dad asks forever but me I'll get a legal team if I have to. Vets don't come home to me looked past like they are ghost or not heard. The staff you barely see even the manager who should be walking property to check on it. Our manager Ashley and some maintenance act very high up like they are congress or something. They barely speak to you and when they do it's with vindictiveness and spite like it's the tenants fault something went wrong. I do maintenance and HVAC I'm only an apprentice in HVAC but I know how to install in a condenser fix one and everything else.
