Since we've been here it seems like every other week something breaks and I called the office several times but I don't get an answer, put in a maintenance request and they come and half do the job My bedroom closet flooded and they told me that they turned the water off upstairs but there's no way they did that because they would have turned everyone's water off.then maintenance handed me a bucket to catch the water and now it's cold outside and my heater doesn't work and they just came to fix it and the same day it was blowing cold again and I been trying to get them on the phone but no response and I went to the office twice and a note was on the door out to lunch with a number to call saying leave us a message I did that still no response then I seen the maintenance guy in the parking

I moved into one of the renovated units in May 2024 and it's absolutely beautiful! Jamie made the application and move in process simple and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I love my washer/dryer hookups and the view from my balcony. This property is located across from a beautiful park as well.

You will need to audio and video record every interaction you have with this complex. They have no ability to be consistent or professional. We did a walkthrough the first week of Oct. My father called the office on Oct. 22nd asking when the apartment would be ready for move in at the end of Oct and we were told it would be ready on Oct 30th, so we scheduled on the 22nd with the trucking company for the 30th. On the 29th we got a call and were told we couldn't move in on the 30th because they had further maintenance issues to work on. We couldn't reschedule with the moving company for later that day or the 31st so we had to continue with the original plans we made with the complex. I moved over a month ago. My apartment floods daily or every other day. It smells like sewer. I have become very ill bc having to clean up water. It's coming from another unit. I have gotten MRSA bc having to clean water myself due to maintenance never coming. Also have developed a roach problem. My walls are falling apart due to severe flooding. The wall behind my dishwasher connecting me to neighbor is no existent due to constant flooding. I'm ready to move out. The mold is uncontrollable. I have cancer and am a lobectomy on my lung Friday. It's to much. I can't live like this.The floor and subfloor are rotting and full of mold.

Let me first say that I’m writing this review for my mother because she is too afraid to leave a review, however, I am not. My mother is on housing, when we first arrived to the unit, there were people still working on the unit when housing was there, which resulted in her not being able to move in that day. They said that the shower needed to be cleaned among other things (spoiler alert - they were never done) They “redid” the counter tops and then their crew ruined them because it was still wet and they put all their things on them, they “redid” the bathroom which was never actually usable. The ceiling in that bathroom was caving from the upstairs unit, in which they refused to come and fix that shower until my mother called housing to let them know. My mom had also put in multiple main
