I’ve had a really positive experience at Belair 825 Apartments on Powder Springs Road. The property is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and comfortable. The landscaping is kept up nicely, parking has been convenient, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The apartments themselves are spacious with updated features, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled in a timely manner. I especially want to shout out Tyra from the leasing office. Contrary to other reviews she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from answering all my questions clearly to making move-in smooth and stress-free. My apartment has been having electrical issues since I moved in and the office is aware of the problem. It took them a week to reset a breaker and I was not able to cook food and food went bad in my refrigerator. I brought this up to management and was told to contact Marietta power to fix my breaker which is not what a tenet should be doing after speaking with management again they still refused to send maintenance to my apartment until they were informed by Marietta Power that it was their duty to repair this emergency. I simple flip of a switch is all that was needed to be performed by maintenance thanks to the help of the maintenance manager who returned and was able to provide my kitchen with power. The management was rude and unprofessional.

I have been trying to contact this apartment complex for days regarding availability and questions about a two-bedroom, two-bath unit, and no one ever answers the phone. I have called multiple times during business hours, left voicemails, and still received no response. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a leasing office that should be accessible to prospective residents. If this is how communication is handled before moving in, it raises serious concerns about how issues would be addressed after signing a lease. Very disappointing experience.

When you walk into the leasing office, the door is like kinda malfunctioning, which is a bad start off the pictures online are inaccurate as far as the flooring and the counter tops. TYRA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, VERY NICE NASTY AND WILL OVER TALK YOU! I wouldn’t recommend!

Never in my life have I been ready to leave an apartment .. for the amount of money I pay I don’t get nothing in return .. my wife is pregnant and I have to deal with cleaning the tubs everyday due to the mold coming back from a leaking faucet. hallway bathroom is so dirty I don’t feel comfortable placing my feet in the tub.. I had to purchase a mat.. roaches in the kitchen .. you don’t see them till you turn the lights on. I put down some food for them and caught a few seconds later dead .. our master bedroom has been leaking out the faucet since we moved in and maintenance has yet helped out. I will provide photos to the ones don’t believe me. Also before move in I was told the cleaning lady cleaned the apartment but I was fooled. The amenities.. I don’t even want to get into that it fee
