The Beacon

Thanks everyone for the amazing opportunity to join this wonderful community at The Beacon! Special thanks to Rick, Mika, and Anaiyah from the leasing office, the receptionist who helped with our packages, and the resident services team — everyone has made us feel so welcome and included. I truly feel at home now and am so grateful for all your help! I absolutely love the community, the spacious apartment, the beautiful Art Deco building, and the incredible amenities — the gym, movie theater, lounges, coffee shop, and of course, the breathtaking views of NYC and the Statue of Liberty!

Just went there for a tour, looking for a new apt, and Anaiyah made our experience great by showing all the complex perks and showing us nice apartments that match what I wanted. They even let us use the shuttle that takes ppl from the complex to the PATH stations to experience how commuting looks, and it was great.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about 6 months. The apartments themselves are fine, but the management is awful. I’ve just been informed that maintenance needs access to my apartment for the second time in two weeks. When I ask why, I’m told there is a maintenance issue below me. When I ask for more information, I am told none is available. Supposedly, professional engineers are coming to look at my apartment, but I can’t get a description of the issue or potential work. The issue is evolved enough for professional engineers, but not enough to tell the people being inconvenienced what’s happening. When I express discomfort at having my personal space invaded by anonymous men doing unknown work, I’m dismissed and told I don’t have a choice. They act like they’ve doing me a courtesy

Anaiyah was very polite, very honest. One of the best tours I've been on. She showed us many unit layouts that would accommodate our budget on several ends. She was transparent about the leasing terms and pricing. We really appreciate all she's done and the time she took out of her day. 5/5

I had an exceptional experience applying for and moving into The Beacon! From the very beginning, James and Rose in the leasing office were absolutely fantastic. They shared communication seamlessly when one was out, stayed proactive and responsive throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond to help me secure an apartment within a very tight moving window. They took the time to show me every possible unit that fit my timeline and needs, and made what could have been a stressful process feel clear, efficient, and supportive. I applied to several buildings in the Jersey City area at the same time, and The Beacon stood out immediately.
