Meng is the best broker I’ve ever met. She is patient, detail-oriented and the most importantly, will never push you to make an offer before you find your dream home. When I have questions and concerns about anything, she is always there and is able to give us constructive advices. On our closing day, the seller forgot to place apartment keys in the condo. We were very frustrated and had conflicts on the amount of money being held in the escrow account with the seller. Meng fully understood our frustration and fought for our benefits.
