The Beacon at New Smyrna Beach

We recently moved to The Beacon Apartments in New Smyrna Beach, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained everything looks clean and new and feels very safe. The amenities are fantastic, and the location is perfect, close to everything we need. A special thank you to Rob, who made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer our questions, guided us through the paperwork step by step, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome from day one. Rob’s professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in our moving experience. We highly recommend The Beacon Apartments to anyone looking for a quality place to live in New Smyrna Beach!

The beacon is a phenomenal place to live and they have the most friendly staff I have seen at any establishment. Specifically Rob, he has gone out of his way to help me and my fiancé on multiple occasions. His service is always greatly appreciated and has made living at the beacon extra special. The staff and management at The Beacon made my leasing process very easy. From my initial visit, Shelly was very professional and knowledgeable she answered all of my questions and helped me get my lease signed quickly. Property management, Rob and Kim made adding a garage onto unit a seamless and easy process and took time out of their day to introduce themselves to me after my tour. Great staff and an awesome property for anyone looking for a luxury apartment in the area!

Loved living at The Beacon. Great community with fantastic office and maintenance staff. Gorgeous pool, quality gym, and lovely apartments. I didn't have a pet at the time but the complex is extremely friendly to pet parents. A clean and safe place to live. There's a fountained pond trail and dog park, as well as valet trash service and a car wash on site, too!
