The Beacon Apartments

The Beacon is truly a homey, warm welcoming community. I have been a resident for about 20 days now and I truly feel in a daily basis that I’ve made the right decision in selecting the Beacon as my home base. I am very grateful to Krystal, Jacqueline, and Brian from the inception of my initial tour to the smooth application and move in process.

I couldn't be happier living at The Beacon! I moved here from South Norwalk where I had a balcony with a view of the water, and was in walking distance to great restaurants, shops and nightlife. But, at The Beacon, I'm closer to Westport with even better restaurants and shops, a Whole Foods, plus a parking garage with direct access to my floor, a balcony PLUS a giant roof top deck, and I can't wait for the huge pool and patio to open. My favorite part of living here is the extremely warm and inviting main lobby with its cozy, fun and modern design and includes a pool table, retro video games, comfy couches, party areas for entertaining and a whole separate area with workspaces, high speed internet and private conference rooms for the work from home types like me who want to step outside o

A Very great place to live well maintained well lit close to cvs and other places within walking distance. Jackie is very good at communicating events there’s never a dull month here I definitely recommending to my friends.

The property boasts stunning architecture, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment. Krystal, the leasing manager, is exceptionally supportive, and the entire staff has been very welcoming. However, during my stay, I’ve noticed that the soundproofing between units is lacking, making it easy to hear conversations and movements from neighboring apartments. As a parent, this can be particularly challenging when trying to keep children quiet. Despite this, I truly appreciate the property’s amenities and the management’s jackie and krystal responsiveness. Addressing the noise concerns would make this an even more desirable place to live.
