The Beach House Apartments

Had the pleasure of living here for over a year before moving out with my partner. Having Sunset Park and the beach within walking distance was such an amazing outlet! I absolutely loved Melody and Angela—they were always so pleasant and helpful anytime something came up. The maintenance team was also very responsive, and the neighbors I met during my time here have become like family. Truly a wonderful community!

Nice grounds and clean, units are small and prices are always going up. Location has good walking areas.. Pet friendly for a cost..

Just had to laugh at one of the comments that opened an old wound. The fact I lived there unit 203, in 2003-2006 and they're pulling the same shenanigans with the prorated paint and getting back a deposit nightmare. Shame they were still doing that nearly 20 years later (post I read 2021). I paid 1100-1200 for a one bedroom in 2006, sad to see the soaring ridiculous lease prices today. And that place is old.

I loved living here for past 3 years! Melody and Jordan were always very accommodating with all my requests when things needed repair and were prompt to fix and deal with any issues. Location is amazing and walking distance to everything, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, beach most important, and lido waterfront. Was my favorite place and made it my home for 3 years. I will miss it.

Great location but that’s about it. Outdated interior. The shared laundry machines and dryers always has dog hair.
