It’s been two months since I reported the issue concerning my dilapidated kitchen counter and nothing has been done to fix it and yet I have paid my rent for the month of October again. I will advise all prospective occupants never to step into this property because maintenance and management is super poor. I can be my life on this that anyone who tries to come live here will end up regretting this. Like the saying goes “a word is enough for the wise” I rest my case. Look out for another rating in November from me until I am out of the property because I know they won’t fix it.

Homeless people living in the apartment and they break in the empty apartment but the management never bothers to deal and lock the empty apartments. Imagine sleeping and you hear people stomping upstairs in a vacant apartment above you. Went through half of the summer with broken ac.

I would like to share under 0 🌟 because I have lived in this apartment about 18 months since I get this apartment I feel like I'm living outside because when the rain comes i see all the water in my living room through the roof I request to fixed every time when the rain comes but they said they fixed but they never fixed so please I need to stop using umbrella 🌂 inside my living room and here's the proof!!

This place is absolutely terrible. My rent is supposed to be 8:50 a month plus $100 for administrative fees but with the extra administrative fees that they don't tell you about it ends up being over 1100 how do you have almost $300 worth of administrative fees this is crazy.
