The Batley Apartments

Okay, I have to shout out one of the leasing consultants, Tia!! By the time I toured, The Batley, this was my last stop and I was completely overwhelmed. I was anxious, tired of looking and just ready to feel settled. Tia picked up on that immediately. She was calm, patient and incredibly thoughtful with every single question I had. I was especially stressed about whether my furniture would fit and she actually took the time to walk through dimensions and help me visualize layouts. That meant everything. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. She genuinely helped me think through my decision in a way that felt safe and rational. The new leasing team here at The Batley is great! They are hands on, personable, kind, and attentive. I asked Malik to enter a service request for me on my way out, and by the time I reached my destination I got a notification saying it had been entered. The leasing team along with the new pm, Jordan, have made drastic improvements to our living experience in just a short time :)

The Batley Apartment Complex Review We recently toured The Batley apartment complex and were impressed by the friendly and receptive staff who were quick to respond. They allowed us to tour various units within our range. While we ultimately did not sign, the apartments felt cozy and were equipped with very nice amenities. The complex boasts a well-equipped gym, a rooftop pool, and even a skee-ball area! Overall, The Batley is a great apartment complex located in an excellent location next to Union Market and La Cosecha.

I moved into The Batley a few months ago and it’s been a great experience so far! Tia and Lisa in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful from the start. They made the application process smooth and were quick to respond to any and all questions. When I toured the apartment with Tia, she made me feel confident that The Batley was the right choice. She was kind, welcoming, and super informative. A few months in, I can say they’ve continued to be just as helpful whenever anything comes up. I’m really glad to be living here!

Just toured The Batley and am eagerly filling out my application to move in now! Lisa was SO helpful, SO friendly, and knew all the answers to all of my millions of questions! She gave us a great tour of units and the (many, many incredible) amenities! Looking forward to working with Lisa on the rest of the move-in process!
