I’ve had a great experience working directly with the property manager. and to be exact her name is carolina Perez she is professional, approachable, and always willing to help. she communicate clearly, respond quickly to questions or concerns, and handle situations with fairness and efficiency. It’s clear she truly care about both the residents and the property. Their organization, attention to detail, and positive attitude make a big difference in the overall experience. I really appreciate her dedication and highly recommend them.
