I’ve had such a positive experience living at The Baldwin! The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is quick, efficient, and friendly. The amenities truly make it feel like resort-style living the pool is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. The property manager, Cecil, deserves special recognition. She’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly compassionate and understanding. She takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and always gets things done. It really shows that she cares about the residents and the community. The neighborhood feels very safe, and the neighbors are wonderful welcoming, respectful, and a big part of why this place feels like home. I toured the Baldwin and had a wonderful experience and time with Anastasia! The apartment is new and beautifully maintained. The inside was gorgeous as well - we love the bathroom and bath tub in the bathroom. Most importantly love the gym, fitness center, and safety around the complex.

Living at The Baldwin has been such a great experience! The community is really clean and well taken care of, and the apartments feel modern and comfortable. I love how close it is to everything in Orlando but still feels quiet and relaxed. The pool and gym are awesome, and the staff here are super friendly and quick to help whenever I’ve needed something. It honestly feels like they care about the people who live here, which makes it feel more like home. I’m really happy I chose The Baldwin, it’s been such a positive place to live! I love this community so much! My family and I moved here, and it’s been the best place to live. The office staff is amazing—they’re always ready to help whenever you need assistance. Cecile, the property manager, made my move-in process smooth and explained everything I needed to know about the community. The neighbors are friendly, and the area is peaceful, making it a perfect home for my family. I highly recommend this place—5 stars! It’s truly amazing.

Nice apartment complex in a shady area. Just as the title reads, This is a nice complex in an not so nice area of Azalea Park (Lots of homeless as well as Drug Addicts). No Fence or gates so things go missing from time to time from the mail room and cars have been burglarized. Management wont put in a fence or gate im guessing to save money so as you can imagine, the wildlife outside wanders in and does what it needs to to fund the habit. Other than that parking is a big issue here at the Baldwin, and is a nightly chore to find anything close to your building as residents have multiple vehicles or guests that take up the spots. So if you do have a unit know that a parking space isn't included. Also neighbors here get a kick out of leaving dog feces on the ground without picking it up de
