The Baldwin Apartments

I have lived here for a year and a half and just renewed my lease! I absolutely LOVE living here and Erin and Margo are incredible in the front offices and always make sure amenities are filled. I even love we always have dog treats in the lobby! Jonathan is an incredible maintenance man and always gets things done correctly and in a timely manner. We are lucky to have an incredible dream team that cares about the building and the tenants! Wish I could live here forever!

We stayed here in their guest rental unit while in town visiting family who rent an apartment here. The guest unit we rented was wonderful. Clean, convenient, the parking structure at the west of the building was so convenient. The unit had a washermachine and a full kitchen so we were able to have a home base while in town. Local resturants and door dash are abke to deliver to the doors down stairs. We look forward to staying here agin whne we come back in town, and would consider renting a unit on the east side of the building if we were to move into town.

I can’t say enough good things about the apartment management and maintenance team here. From day one, Erin was always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring—someone who clearly takes pride in making this a great place to live. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly and with kindness, which makes a huge difference as a resident. The maintenance team, headed by Jonathan, is equally outstanding. Requests are addressed quickly, often sooner than expected, and the work is always done thoroughly and correctly the first time. They’re respectful, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, which gives real peace of mind. I came to The Baldwin as a temporary place while construction on my other place was still going on! The plan was for 3 months! I’ve absolutely loved it from day one! The space is gorgeous. The neighborhood/park is perfect for daily walks! Have met so many wonderful people! The Office Staff is attentive and incredibly friendly! the Maintenance Team keeps it looking amazing. Still learning the area but am now officially a city dweller! Oh, I just signed up for a year❤️❤️

I lived here for two years. I would say my review is mixed but it is triumphed by what they did to me once I moved out. I expected to have some fines but they charged me $1300 for every single imperfection they could find, especially scratches on cabinets that were present when I moved in. I talked to my friends and it seems like I may not be the only one. Pros -nice building. Tall ceilings. Huge windows. Good insulation and no noise from outside despite being near the highway. -nice maintenance staff. Shoutout to Jonathan. He is a good guy. -free coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby, although half the time only dirty water comes out. Cons -pricey (considering they seem to have trouble renting out units.
