Luke Powell and Harrison Baker did a phenomenal job as my realtors through Agent owned Realty. While living at one of their rentals a year ago we met and I told them my difficult request for property acquisition of a rentable duplex where I could live. When such property came available they acted immediately to inform me and to facilitate moving on it. They also worked to get my residence listed, secure a contingent offer, and when the market shifted and I was required to change my listing price, they offered to sacrifice commission. They arranged numerous contractors to assess property for projects prior to closing and suggested the highest ROI investment renovations and suggested specific contractors to facilitate that were priced below market and reliable. Many challenges arose as is
