On our most recent transaction, the seller passed away the night before closing, but we were able to get the buyers into the home as a rental until probate allowed them to buy it. We negotiated extra credits on behalf of the buyer to make it all make sense and about 4 months later we got them closed. They were first time homebuyers and Kristi handled with care start to finish.
