The Azul Apartments

Things you need to know if you want to live here. I totally regret moving here. I wish I knew this earlier. I’m just sharing this save yourself and your money. I’m breaking my lease ASAP. People smoke like crazy, they smoke weed and other substances. If you don’t smoke don’t even think about this place. Terrible place to be. Not safe for kids. No parking space. They tell you to pay for parking and right after they say you are on the waiting list to get parking sign…. I never heard such thing. Why would I be in line to get the service I paid for. I have been waiting for the last two months to get my sign lol 😆 I believe the signs are imported. Things never get maintained. Every time you ask them to fix it the maintenance team just comes and does nothing. I have most of things fixed on my

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Azul apartments, and I couldn't be more impressed. The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The staff, including Diana, Vanessa, and Ariel, are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a wonderful place to call home. Overall, I highly recommend The Azul for anyone looking for a welcoming and high-quality living environment.

Worst apartment I ever lived in. Rent increased year after year with a deteriorating standard of living. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. But, here’s what I experienced: break ins, bad neighbors with 6+ people living in a 1bd apartment, bad kids swinging car doors open and dinging/ marking up my car, bad kids playing in the street and the parking lot instead of a park across the street, drug addicts, drug dealers, raw sewage spewing up from the white pvc pipes in the ground they tried to seal with cheap rubber caps, construction on Audelia at 3AM right outside my window for weeks, roach infestation, overweight neighbors upstairs, little to no insulation in the walls and single pane glass windows and cheap weather stripping on doors and bad heating when the temperature was below freezi

Ariel is an amazing property manager! Very helpful and is always responsive. I enjoy staying here, and will continue to recommend it here when anyone asks!

The Azul apartments have been such a good place to live. I have been here almost a year and it has been a so awsome. The staff are so nice and helpful. They are so funny and genuin. Great apartments ! . Recommend everyone to live here ans meet the great staff.
