The Avondale

I’ve had a great experience living at The Avondale. The community is well maintained, the amenities are clean, and the location is super convenient for getting around Las Vegas. It feels safe, quiet, and well cared for, which honestly makes a huge difference day to day. I toured with Cassandra — she’s been amazing to work with. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, whether it’s answering questions or handling requests. I didn’t feel like I was in the dark about anything!! You can tell she actually cares about residents and making sure things run smoothly. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend The Avondale to anyone looking for a place to live in Vegas.

Live here if you want fake charges called “rebills” and late fees that are their fault. Trash service never picks up trash yet we are expected to pay it. The community is getting fed up and keeps getting more run down. I’ve never lived somewhere that charges you for community trash and trash on top of that. Look out for the rebill charges where they try to tack on fees for things you pay for in your lease already and then they justify it so that you don’t go after them.

I had a great experience with Roger, who’s a part of the maintenance team at Avondale. He was very friendly and took the initiative to see what services we needed without us having to ask. He’s thorough and had great customer service, even though his schedule was hectic.

Amazing place to live. Friendly and attentive staff and maintenence crew, extremely pet friendly, great neighbors, and access to the beautiful Peccole Ranch walking trail. You dont want to live anywhere else I promise!

The door battery was very low and I hadn’t called due to being very busy these past weeks. I like to be present when someone is in the apartment so anyhow, I called yesterday and within the hour Eric came in and changed it. As usual, I am Grateful for how efficient everyone is and how well they work and communicate with one another.
