The Aviator by Abide

I have lived in these townhomes for 2 years and it has been a living nightmare since the day my family moved in! Property managers change out constantly with no communication whatsoever! This place is INFESTED with roaches and they do nothing about it! We pay pest control but nothing gets done! I have had a leak for 2 years that has never been fixed! It leaks above my stove allllll day long and i am only able to use 1 burner without water dripping into my food which is veryyy unsanitary! Even if you try to use another burner you cant because the water dripping causes alot of smoke from the burners being on and the fire alarms go off! My breaker in my home was sparking for a week before anyone came to do anything about it! The floorboards have been lifted off the floor since the day i moved

I really appreciate Ms. Wanda for her efforts here. Although not everything is her fault and she isn’t super woman, she still takes the initiative to take note of all concerns, and get everyone’s tenant needs met. I really wish the property had security cameras to further help keep tenants safe while we are at home, so if something does happen, at least we can have footage of what happened at the place of our comfort as tenants to receive justice for any unfortunate happenings being we are not a gated community, and ring cameras only see certain angles and may hold footage temporarily. Things are kept pretty decent on the outside, although inside maintenance can be handled with more concern and attention.

This was by all means the best leasing experience. I went in to do a tour and was met by the property manager name Ms. Wanda. The property was small and clean. Ms. Wanda was very helpful and informative. She was spot on and very knowledgeable of the property. I’m so excited that I was approved and I’m looking forward to getting my keys this Friday!!! This community is small , quiet, and in a very centralized location. Very close to the city, the airport, and endless nice restaurants. Honey, I’m home‼️🙌🏾

Recently moved is process was smooth , S/O to Ms. Wanda for speedy response and understanding. Any issues I have they have been resolved and they work with you .

Wanda is the best Prop manager and Robert is the best Maintenance worker they both do a great job
