Honestly it’s a below par complex. The management is about how it comes, slow, unresponsive, and sometimes dismissive. The maintenance the same, just incredibly slow. One of them tends to talk on the phone using profanity quite often while walking about. The complex is nice, although because of them adding no security deposit you get a lot of questionable residents. Overall you can and will find better looking around.

Ashley, the PM at The Avi Apartments, is absolutely awesome. Every time I’ve walked into the office, she brings the same positive, uplifting energy and great attitude. It doesn’t matter the day or how busy things are, her vibe is consistent, welcoming, and professional!!! You can tell she genuinely cares about the property, her team, and the people she interacts with. It always makes a difference walking into an environment led by someone like Ashley.

I am only rating this a five star because the maintenance team here is fantastic!!! They get the job done fast and actually fix it !! The maintenance supervisor definitely does a great job with the property and handling customer service!! I have been living here for a while now and I would like to say that the new management company has done a great job trying to get the property better we were unattended for a while before they got here and it’s really refreshing that they are getting it done I would highly recommend living here for that simple fact the only negative here is that they are some WERID PEOPLE LIVING HERE that like to cause issues by being nasty and hateful really rude to staff writing FALSE REVIEWS ON HERE and having OTHER people write reviews but with this new staff here I

Awful, awful, awful, I lived here for 3 years, 1 in a single bedroom, 2 with a roommate in a double bedroom. All years here were miserable. Specifically because of the new management now I left. They are wildly unprofessional. It’s absurd that they think it’s okay to speak to residents the way they do. Also the maintenance team are all lazy as it gets. They half complete every job and complain about EVERYTHING. In addition they yell at residents like they have some power over them it’s insane. Please don’t waste your money or time.

I like how The Avi is in a central location, near the mall, restaurants, hotels and the I-10. The apartment was fully renovated when I moved here in 2024. The new management and office staff were very helpful with addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, there's no playground area for children. We have to drive at least 3 minutes away to find a playground that's not on school grounds. If you have young children, especially children with disabilities, I would recommend a 1st floor apartment, because it's difficult for kids to play and enjoy being kids in an upstairs apartment, without receiving complaints about being too loud, rude and inconsiderate to those who want peace and quiet.
