The Avery Townhome Apartments

My husband and I moved in in 2019 and moved out in January of this year (2026), and we were honestly so happy with our experience. While we didn't use all of the amenities, the gym was always well maintained. The apartment itself had a lot of nice features - quality cabinetry and countertops, high ceilings, a great layout. The maintenance staff was always thoughtful and careful when they entered our apartment; they always worked quickly and fixed any issue we ever came across (and there were very few - just the typical wear and tear). We worked most closely with Kim in the office, and she was a dream. I’ve lived at the Avery for almost 5 years now and I have enjoyed it. Nothing is perfect, but the Avery staff works with its residents to expedite maintenance repairs and ensure that residents are living comfortably. The most recent storm in January proves this. Snow removal and clean up went on all day and overnight to ensure when residents woke up we were able to safely drive around the complex. Yes we had to dig ourselves out of parking spaces, but that’s to be expected. In addition, a few days later the snow removal service came to clear out all remaining snow in parking spaces. Thank you to the Avery staff for ensuring resident safety during this tumultuous winter!

The Avery’s is a great community to live at, i have been living here for almost 10 years n i love it!!! Very friendly nice place to live with your family!!! The leasing office is great love Karen n Kim!!!! Thank you for such a great community to raise my children!!!

My husband and I have lived at the Avery since the opening of this development we have enjoyed interacting with management staff, along with the maintenance staff. Karen and Kim, along with Alex have always handled our needs with professionalism

Quality apartment complex, very friendly staff and maintenance that are very helpful. Reasonable prices for the quality of apartment/facilities.
