Seems like the go up on the rent every 6 months. Definitely when the government gives a s.s increase . The always go up at least 25 dollars.

Small apartments with only two small closets. You can hear your neighbors conversations without putting your ear to the wall and their TV, radio etc. Other than that it's nice but could use some improvements. Nice laundry rooms, community room and sitting areas and very friendly and professional staff.

It's low cost but they need to make it more secure for the residents. Random people come in there often. They need to have a security guard.

I love my home just starting to feel like the hood. The people that are moving here are bringing their habits with them and it's not cool.

I have no idea what the inside of this laser is like I've only ever driven by it looks nice on the outside but they could be beating people in there I wouldn't know.
