You don't want to move here. I was here for 5 years. 1 of those 5 years was spent consecutively going to the Leasing office to correct my ledger as they would unpost my timely if not early rent paypments, and "repost" them after the due date so that they can apply a $100 late fee. Once is an accident, 12 consecutive months however had left me with the perception that it may be intentional. I had to audit my own ledger each month and prove each time that each fee was incorrect and that each payment was paid timely in order to get each fee removed, which I had to physically drive into the office and prove each time, and at one point had to spend months going back and forth on an email chain to correct (Something no timely paying resident should have to do). James is hands down one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever dealt with. With only a couple hours’ notice that same afternoon, he came out and fixed every single issue we had in just a few hours. He didn’t rush, didn’t cut corners, and went back through everything to double-check that nothing was missed. On top of that, he went above and beyond to help us with additional things we didn’t even expect assistance with. It’s very clear that James genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in making sure residents are comfortable, safe, and taken care of. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly set him apart. Our complex is extremely lucky to have him.

Poor communication with everyone besides Brittany. From my understanding I had 30 days for early term, which a written statement was not made which is my fault, but I did ask was there anything else over the phone. Verbally said “no just let us know 30 days.” Call today from looking at my bill which is close to $4000 from “how you left it”- no pictures.. Veronica tells me it has the be written and a 60 days notice! Please listen to the reviews.. office is always closed, maintenance arrives months after needed, no rush for anything there. This great place to call home Ann, Brittany, Victoria, and Dominque were so helpful when handling issues that I had in my apartment. Not only did they make sure that I was satisfied they were very efficient in doing so I would recommend anyone move into these apartments since it is affordable, and the staff treat you very kindly.

Do not go to these apartments! I cannot stress enough how unprofessional these people are! We had a move-in date, that was confirmed in person. To find out the day we show up with a trailer completely full that an apartment was not even available! Veronica was incredibly hostile handling this situation, hardly trying to figure anything out and we are just left in their parking lot with all of our stuff being treated like this is our fault? The man Saleem that worked in the office tried his best to figure it out, but it literally wasn't his problem and out of his control to even fix. The women running this business are doing a terrible job. Britney that signed us up and promised our move-in date did a terrible job, the manager should be on top of when people are moving in and what is actual
