The Avery Apartments

Just spent 18 months living at the Avery. My apartment had a ton of natural light and was on the third floor with a balcony. I loved being up in the trees! The apartment had plenty of space for two people. The complex was remodeled while we lived there and the exterior is looking very nice. Christina was an amazing property manager - super responsive to any household issue that we needed help with. Ali, the maintenance guy is a gem - addresses problems quickly and is capable of fixing anything. Really appreciated the responsiveness and timeliness of the Avery staff. The apartment is right behind the busy Edgewood Avenue, so there was a lot of noise coming from Edgewood on the weekends. Just a forewarning for folks who are light sleepers. Loved Christina, she was really nice and professional. I booked for Dragon Con, the unit was clean, smelled nice, and her taking my late-night "concern calls" really helped. Hopefully I can come back, thanks again.

Christina is extremely professional, I was a uni student so finding affordable housing was difficult. Don’t let the outside of the complex fool you, this is a great place to live

Mike and Justin are unlike any PMC I have EVER worked with. They are extremely professional and friendly and I have had an amazing experience living at their property. Whenever I put in a work order, it was completed the next day, or if it could not be completed, they would let me know they are working on it and keep me in the loop entirely. I had to move out sooner than expected and they were very accommodating in working with me to approve a new roommate with no issues at all. They had 2 BBQ's since I moved in and I attended both of them and had an absolute blast. This property is in an amazing location and is the nicest apartment complex in the area. Trust me, you want to live at The Avery in O4W. Stop looking around!

Mike and Monique were fantastic to work through the leasing process. I was blown away how awesome their customer service was during the process. For example, both met me a few times, last minute, so I could drop off necessary documents. We are very excited about our new home @ The Avery.
