I had a great experience with this apartment community and management. I would like to especially thank Ms.Tamia for her excellent support. She was very kind, patient, and helped me set up all the utilities smoothly. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I truly appreciate her help. Highly recommended!

I moved to the Avenues of North Decatur and Shalena Anderson has been an excellent Assitant Property Manager. I had a few questions and concerns and she explained everything to me with patience and knowledge. Her spirt alone eased my worries and concerns. I truly appreciate all she did to handle everything I had concerns about. My concerns were very important to me, However from the way she handled everything, it disappeared and in a society where customer service is lacking, she eased all my concerns. Please save yourself the troubles. They will market units as renovated but the pipelines are so old that the maintenance is themselves fed uop. Moved into a ""renovated"" unit facing major leakage issues within a month. The unit was not painted well with cr acks on the walls in mere days.. the management took more than a year to resolve the paint and washroom leak issues. If any of you have money to simply waste please come otherwise save yourself the trouble. They will talk to you politely and nicely until you don't give them a reality check. I wish there was option to give them zero

I have lived here since February of 1999. When l first moved here these were really luxurious apartments. Over the years the place changed hands many times. There have been over half a dozen owners at least. Up until the pandemic things were fine. During 2000 and continuing until the summer of 2023 things were in serious decline. The people stopped doing anything as they were trying to sell it. After the property was surveyed, a precursor to a change of hands, months went by. Finally, in June 2023 the new people came in and things slowly started improving. They had a daunting task ahead of them. In September a pipe burst in the unit above me and flooded my kitchen, ruining the cabinets. The repair was so expansive that l had to move out for almost two weeks. The management allowed me to

Funny. They have been running a video ad on TikTok but when I pushed the 'learn more' button, it took me to the site for The Atlantic of North Decatur which is a complex that is permanently shut down (Probably due to all the complaints about bed bugs, roaches, overcharging and rude staff, oh and garbage piling up) Was looking just in case I had to find a new apartment, this place is a no for me. False advertisement. Oh and the fact that they turned the comments off on the video means they knew what they were doing.
