The Avenue has honestly been the best place apartment complex we’ve ever lived. We’re moving out for personal reasons, but we’ve really loved our time here. The staff has always been super helpful and respectful, and any issues we had were taken care of quickly. The maintenance team is friendly and does a great job too. The apartments are nice inside. Ours had a pretty decent size yard, which made it feel super roomy (and great for our dog). The community itself is quiet, and the neighbors are all really nice. The pool and gym also a great addition! It’s hard to find an apartment complex that checks all those boxes, and we’re truly going to miss living here!

I give this rating because of Pierre. He was always so kind and even saved my dog from getting ran over. They did keep my deposit when there was no damage and my sisters car got robbed there first couple weeks we lived there. Maintenance was always good

I am not one to leave bad reviews. I want future possible tenants to know what I have dealt with since moving in a couple weeks ago so you can make an informed decision that this is the type of place you would like to live. 1. When I moved in I was told the dirt on my back patio would be covered with some sort of ground cover. When I asked after moving in I was told it was up to me to figure something out. I spent hundreds buying mulch to cover the dirt because once it got wet from the rain the mud was getting tracked into my house by my dogs. Fine if I was told upfront it would be my responsibility. But to be told it would be done for me by the complex and then having to shell out more money after an already expensive move was frustrating. 2. Cockroaches! I keep finding them in my apart

I went for a tour today and Pierre was very arrogant and seemed like he was in a rush. I have never been treated like that by a leasing agent. I wonder if he hates his job but maybe they need some hospitality training to make people feel welcome and excited to rent there. I was considering that property but now it’s off my list!
