I have had the absolute pleasure of working with LeEtta for the past year. She is extremely professional and really cares about her clients. After selling our townhome, we were looking for many months for our forever home. We found a place that we liked, and LeEtta masterfully guided us through what turned out to be a complicated home buying process during Covid-19. The purchase involved many repairs and mold remediation to boot, but we trusted LeEtta as we know that she had our best interests at heart plus she communicated everything so well. She has always come through for us and our family members, and she did for this purchase as well for us. We love our new home and can't recommend her highly enough as she is so genuine! I cannot think of any other real estate agent that I would have used. My wife and I used LeEtta for the sale of our homes in San Diego in 2020 and 2021. One home was located in San Marcos in which our back yard faced a golf course. Our other home was located in Escondido. From start to finish she knows how to properly stage a home for sale. LeEtta helped provide lenders and other professionals when we we not sure where to turn, as covid impacted our ability to originally get funded. LeEtta was patient with us while we toured lots of homes and we never felt pressured to make decisions. We appreciated her help, since this was our first home buying experience!
