The property itself is aesthetically beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds and overall appearance are appealing, and my neighbors were kind and pleasant during my time there. To be fair, I did experience personal hardship during my tenancy and fell behind at one point. I made every effort to communicate, resolve matters, and maintain my tenancy during that time, and I won’t place that responsibility solely on the leasing office. In several cases, leases were terminated due to nonpayment and repeated disturbances that negatively impacted the peace and environment of surrounding residents. Despite these situations, The Avenue made significant efforts to work with residents facing financial hardship. Had a small problem with my heater in the cold winter and was serviced extremely quickly. The maintenance team (Will and Q) were amicable, quick, and thorough in their service. The management has always been very prompt and understanding when it comes to working with us, and after our first maintenance request in a year or so, it went very smoothly.

Wonderful experience from viewing to lease signing. Awesome management (Bianca and Heather) are amazing! Outstanding staff (maintenance and grounds workers). Work orders are handled timely with excellence and care. I'm very happy and pleased with my new home.

I never encountered any issues until TGDS move-in. I filed several complaints against him, primarily due to his excessive noise which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Despite my repeated complaints, the leasing manager consistently assured me that she would address the situation, but her actions were consistently disregarded as he would simply increase the volume of his music. I later discovered that my neighbor was in a romantic relationship with the leasing manager, which may have contributed to the dismissal of my complaints.
