The Avenue Apartments

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at The Avenue Apartments was so disappointing that I feel like people deserve a warning. From the beginning, things were rough. I dealt with bugs, and every time I brought it up, it felt like management didn’t take the issue seriously. And speaking to other residents management has been aware for years of roach infestations and bed bugs. Management in general was unorganized, unresponsive, and extremely hard to deal with, which made every problem ten times harder. They offered a “promotional TV”, but in my experience it barely lasted — the screen went out in less than 8 months. On top of that, they were constantly pushing for 5-star reviews by offering little incentives. It felt like they cared more about looking good online than a

I recently toured the property. The staff was really friendly and professional. Blaine - The Site Manager - made us feel already at home. The new management has done a great job of having premium units, with new flooring, new kitchens, new bathrooms, lighting and more!! The unit we toured will have a fenced backyard - great for privacy and safety -.

The newest manager BJ has by far been the best manager we have had since moving in. There has been several managers before him and BJ is with the management company that has run this apartment complex since 2023. The apartment complex is now starting to feel more like a small welcoming community rather then a place that you live until you can find somewhere else to call home. We look forward to continuing to live here and see how much better it becomes with BJ at the helm steering us in the right direction. Thank you BJ for being the best manager we have had!

I want to rave about the management BJ was knowledgeable and very considerate. The apartment are very nice and definitely going to stay in my thoughts when I get ready to move. If you're ready for a move I would definitely consider the avenue.
