Don't do it. We are technically about to get evicted. Because the previous staff didn't "x the box next to our concession." So they're raising our rent over $400 per month out of nowhere. The previous staff told us that we had that concession to bring our rent down under market price. Because our previous rent was also under market price. And so that's what the concession was for she said. Now, the current "staff" are telling us that because the the box next to the concession wasn't marked with an x, that it doesn't count. They have officially made us homeless through their shady deeds. I hope terrible things happen to them. They are bad people.

DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place. The apartments are filled with serious mold issues that put your health at risk. The conditions are completely unsanitary, and despite repeated attempts to get things fixed, maintenance never shows up or takes care of the problems. When you try to report issues to management, you’re brushed off and ignored instead of being helped. I moved in august 2024 was given a unit with a dishwasher full of mold and moldy ac unit. Put in request multiple times and nothing was resolved. Ceiling from the bathroom collapsed , didn’t want to fix it either, didn’t have kitchen light for Over 6 months also refused to fix. Ended up leaving due to my health being put at risk. They don’t want to fix anything but they are quick to give you a

DONT LIVE HERE! . My husband and I moved in last year in June after a month of being there we notice the amount of roach infestacion. And when summer came the ac stop working they never came to fix it. They just came for the motor of the ac and left and never came back. We went sooooo many time to the office and they never send no one for the roach infestacion and ac problem. After like 3 month some came and they did absolutely nothing cause we still have infestacion of roaches and the ac never got fixed and that was in 2025. And my husbands sister used to live in another building and it was the same story with them. They already moved out. We are planning to leave this year with my husband cause of the contract. But its been a nightmare living here.

DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS I lived at the Aurora @ Twenty Seven Hundred for 2 years and recently moved out and let me tell you this complex has been going down hill for a while now to the point i personally believe this complex should be condemned. During my time living at this complex the administration changed about 4-5 times for the simple fact that they can't deal with the amount of people that go and complain about the horrible conditions they are living in.. problems never get solved especially with the maintenance crews getting fired or quitting. The office does not do anything to help you out especially when it comes to repairs.. they’ll tell you that they “submitted the work order” but when you go again to ask about solving your issue they’ll say “what is the number of your u

Been calling for over a month now for the same problem. No response, no maintenance, roaches off the chain (a whole INFESTATION), pest control ain’t worth a damn, management either. If you do talk to someone at the office they tell lies so bad it’s ridiculous. Like just quit already, damn. Trash piling up damn near touching Dickens Rd for a whole week lol. No pool since last year, but advertising it like the residents are really able to utilize it. Ha this place is a joke. Save your monies and energy by going elsewhere where they actually care about the property, the work crew they hire on, oh and YOU the tenant(s)!! Tuh.
