Bloom at Woodcliff

I’ve lived at Bloom At Woodcliff for a little over 2.5 years. I’ve had a great experience here, Jenifer in the front office is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I have, and has always been very sweet. The maintenance crew has come out a couple of times to fix any issues I had, and they’re very quick. I’ve been blessed with good neighbors, as well. I recommend this place, the community here is very tight and most people know each other. It is kid-friendly, but a very good option for single renters like myself.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! I am writing this on Thanksgiving day. The photos you see have been from the past couple days alone (there were way more I couldn’t get a picture of!!) I have been living here for almost a year. I plan to move as soon as my lease is up, but I will move sooner if at all possible. From the little bit of time I have been living here, I’ve seen more roaches than I have in my entire life. This is a cockroach farm. I am 100% guaranteed to see a roach every single day. I have to shake off my sheets and pillows because there’s a high chance that one (or multiple!!) is crawling on my bed. There’s a 50/50 chance I will see a roach in the cabinet when I open it. I can’t buy anything new because the roaches will get inside of it easily. They a

I absolutely love this place. I feel so welcome there all the time. The manager Jasselyn has always been very helpful. She is amazing at what she does and has so much patience with everyone. I know it's not easy having to deal with us difficult people, however, she is always willing to assist and she does it with a smile on her face.

I moved in 4 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Jennifer is always so courteous and friendly. This makes my experience living her very positive.
