I love this property so much!! I have a wonderful home and management along with maintenance have made my experience here enjoyable. Anything I need they are quick to help me with. Thank you to all of the office staff for always being attentive and so helpful 😊

I recently moved out and had a very frustrating experience. I gave proper 60-day written notice well before my lease ended, but the leasing office locked me out while I was still moving my belongings out, which delayed my move-out. Communication was confusing, and they attempted to adjust my official move-out date after my lease ended, which caused unnecessary stress. On top of that, maintenance issues were rarely addressed, and the units are expensive for being outdated and not well-maintained. I expected a professional, responsive leasing office and quality living conditions, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I am extremely unhappy with the living conditions at this apartment complex. There has been ongoing mold and moisture issues in my unit, and to make matters worse, there was a serious water leak that flooded the entire dining room and kitchen. These are not minor problems — they affect health, safety, and basic livability. Management has been completely dismissive throughout this process. The manager does not seem to care about resident safety or well-being at all. When I asked if my lease could be ended early due to these hazardous conditions, I was told I would still have to pay to break the lease — even though these issues are clearly not my fault. I also asked about being transferred to another unit and was told I would have to pay for that as well. It is incredibly frustrating to be

First off I’m in love with my apartment! Second off outstanding Maintenance Service from Jesus! He’s always so friendly and dependable! Anytime I’ve had an issue in my apartment, he shows up quickly and takes care of it with a smile. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and you can tell he really enjoys helping residents. It’s rare to find someone who combines great skill with such genuine kindness. Thank you, Jesus, for always keeping everything in top shape and making this community such a great place to live!
