I genuinely love living here! My space is perfect for me–I'm in a Metro floor plan and before moving was worried I wouldn't have enough space for all of my things, but the floor plans are well-thought-out, and I had the space (and extra). The gym is amazing, the mailroom is so convenient, all the amenities have made my friends and family jealous of this place, but most of all the staff here are above and beyond. They are *constantly* scheming ways to make this place better and bring the residents together to form a community; they do this by throwing events for us to come together, more low-key events you can do on your own, supporting our businesses, and who knows what all else they've got cooking behind the scenes! I've been doing reviews for over 20 years. I'm brutally honest. It's been a long time since I've been this excited about a review. My wife and I are both veterans. Being close to VA medical services were important. To find such an upscale Apartment that we could afford we thought would be impossible. We met Quantrice Wells for our tour. It takes a lot to impress me. She Really understood our needs. Didn't waste our time. Her knowledge of the property and how it could meet and exceed our expectations. During our tour we passed tenants. You could hear in their greetings they were being sincere. We CANNOT wait to move in. No more yardwork and we get free internet, Safe bike storage....too many amenities to list.

The property is gorgeous first off- the photos do it no justice. I toured with a friend and the manager Quantrice showed us. She was so personable, showed us a few units and even let us know about the local restaurants and bars in walking distance. The property was well maintained and the units are huge!! I can’t wait to move here also when my lease is up next year !

One of the biggest reasons I chose The Augustan was its unbeatable walking distance to downtown Augusta — it reminded me of the active lifestyle I enjoyed while living in Italy and traveling through Europe. You don’t need a car to enjoy the city here, and that’s a rare find in the South. The amenities are top-tier: the Sky Lounge is a fantastic place to relax or entertain with an incredible view of the city. I was one of the first residence of this new apartment complex and it shows absolutely beautifully. The facilities and the staff are wonderful. I have had No problems with The apartment itself, however there are some serious issues that need to be resolved. I was in a great corner apartment with floor to ceiling windows, but it was right across from a club that from Wednesday to Saturday sounded like I was in the club myself. That being said, I have lived in downtown environments for years, so that is something that can be tolerated. What cannot be tolerated for me personally is the continued stench of marijuana Throughout the hallway.
