The Aubrey

Lived here for a little over 2 years. The maintenance team is really great and kind, but there were too many downsides to justify living here for the price you’re paying. Not enough parking for guests so plan ahead, there’s always one elevator down so prepare to take stairs, walls above and beneath you are thin so you will hear your neighbors, and they will do whatever it takes to not give you your security deposit back. Mind you I never trashed my place and always kept my place clean, they just would rather find a way to not give your deposit back to you if they can help it. They continue to raise rent even though the place continues to have the same repeated issues. At one point, the parking garage gate was open for nearly a month because it kept breaking. Big security risk. Also homeles

Have lived here for 7 months, nothing but amazing. The property is so well kept, pool and common areas are amazing and have had 0 issues with a maintenance or concerns. Every time I talk with someone from the Aubrey staff, they are nothing but nice. Looking forward to renewing my lease. Only downside is parking for guests but it’s manageable

Update 3/20/25: management VIOLATED MY LEASE by giving keys to an individual who then unlocked my front door and walked right in. They didn’t gaslight me about it, but they have only said sorry don’t worry about it. I am worried. Good Stuff 1. I have not had any issues with pests or loud neighbors. Neighbors have been very nice! 2. The front office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful 3. Pretty common spaces Bad Stuff 1. My unit was not clean when I moved in (covered in cat hair, previous tenants beard trimmings in the bathroom drawers, oven smelled like cigarettes) 2. Parking is horrendous. I have either been on the waitlist for an extra spot for my entire lease (building problem) or I was not actually put on the waitlist like I was told (management problem). UPDATE

The Aubrey has been very responsive to ensuring we have everything we need to make our home feel comfortable and all in working order. They respond timely and follow up right away to get things done. We feel heard and valued. Thank you to The Aubrey team!

Great place to live. I love the area and staff are so nice and helpful. If you have an issue with anything they address it quickly. Everything clean and organized. Maintenance needs more training on fixing things but they are nice as well.
