The Atwood Apartments

Moved here less than a year ago, and I love it! Everything is recently updated with new appliances and flooring, very modern looking. There is so much storage within the apartment, plus a storage unit designated on site. Any minor issues that have come up have been resolved quickly by management. Quiet, safe, and private apartments with friendly and respectful neighbors.

My parents lived there for a couple of years and when they moved out they got charged $500 for painting the apartment and $150 for touching up baseboards??????. Apartments are nice and all but they’re taking advantage of people. Also they raised the rent by almost $300 at once. Btw the apartment was left in immaculate condition after couple of years living there. Also they’re blaming my parents of leaving mattress outside the dumpster and charging $150 for that AN ABSOLUTE LIE. Those mattresses were there for a while. And not from my parents. Stay away from this place or just don’t count with your deposit to be refunded.

The Atwood has been my home for 2 years. I could not be happier the area is quiet and comfortable to take a walk day or evening. Conveniently located near Route 51, minutes from the City for a show or head south for a day around Ohio Pyle.. WJHSD is a renowned School District for Academics and Athletics. The residents are very friendly. The Management is very efficient for any service call, concern or just a general suggestion to make your home yours!

I lived here for 3 years and was sad to move. Sarah and Adrian are wonderful. Any issues were resolved immediately . Very quiet building. Amazing management!!
