The Aspen Apartments

If I could give this company/apartment complex a 0 I would. The management is awful, the walls are paper thin, if you make a complaint on any noise (doesn’t matter if it’s quiet time or not) they will put you out and give you maybe 30 days, but everyone else around you can stomp, their dogs bark all hours of the night. The pool area isn’t locked so people from anywhere can just come get in, there are drugs being used at the pool area as well. The “weight lifting area/bathrooms” are nasty, there’s trash everywhere around the outside of the pool as well. If you walk into the bathrooms at the pool people will be in the bathrooms doing drugs, smoking Marijuana, also if you’ve been at work all day and come home as soon as you walk in it smells like someone has hot boxed your apartment with Mari

If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance is the laziest group of people I’ve ever met, put in MULTIPLE requests for stuff to get fixed and never had anything fixed. Cheaply built which makes you hear absolutely everything your neighbors are saying. The walls were awfully painted (which they will charge you $800 for when you leave). Don’t get me started on trying to get ahold of anyone In charge, you can call them but I wouldn’t waste my time. Everything about this apartment is a big NO, don’t waste your money here; they do not care about their tenants. They only care about money.

Good size rooms and closet space, nice appliances, floors, and countertops. I’ve had issues with my toilet in the main bedroom since I moved in. They’ve come to fix it a couple of times but it just keeps needing repair. Probably just needs to be replaced. There’s also a loud knocking noise when the tenants upstairs shower.

Management gets a 0/10 Phones are never answered, messages are rarely returned. My emails only started getting replied to after a complaint to the BBB. And even still I have to follow up on a simple question or request multiple times (my record so far is 14 over 8 1/2 weeks) Apartment quality gets a 4/10 Layouts are pretty nice, and they look fantastic for the price in pictures but the reality is aside from counter tops everything else uses the cheapest materials, constructed by the lowest bidder. *walls and floors/ceilings are very thin* Community gets a 5/10 Some people are nice most people just don't care. Parking is a nightmare (soon to get worse with a 4th building going up), nobody picks up after pet droppings so all grassy areas are bordering on a biohazard. Litter is also startin

I have lived in many apartments and this specific complex has got to be the worst. Management is terrible. Getting ahold of someone was a headache. They didn't have an office, and they never answered phone calls/call back. If you email them, you get an automatic response and have to wait to hear back several days later. Also - There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. It is disgusting.
