Really amazing upgrades that the new property manager is done over the past year. Quality exterior and the interiors are really nice. I love the new kitchen And clean contemporary look. Highly recommend giving it another look. You could tell the Old manager didn’t care and now this new Manager does a fantastic job.

Working with The Ashton on 287 has been a fantastic experience. The staff is not only easy to work with, but also communicates in a very professional manner. The maintenance team is friendly and knowledgeable, making problem-solving a breeze. I have recommended this complex to many people, especially manager Jenny it’s awesome always helpful.

When we moved in July of 2022 I had a hard time getting things done in the apartment. Since Blacksand has taken over when I request something in maintenance they get the repair done. Our maintenance guy is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have told many people about this complex. Thank you to all that make our living experience a good one. We are in our 70’s and enjoy our home.
