The Ashton Apartments

First week in The Ashton “luxury apartments “cockroaches started showing up so we put in a work order to exterminate. Their idea of extermination is a guy with a can of bug spray. He sprayed the kitchen and bathrooms. We decided to hire a professional exterminator on our own who came in and exterminated every single room with a pet friendly product and around the door, he also treated the balcony. He put sticky traps on the balcony and glue in areas. He moved the refrigerator and used an air can to blow and took off the front bottom and sprayed. There was also a gap (see pictures that follow that he closed with a special glue. He said it’s going to be hard to keep them out because of the pine trees around the building. We had him come back 30 days later to exterminate again. He put

I’ve had a great experience living here! The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The leasing office manager Angela Roy was very professional, helpful and made me feel at home as soon as I walked into her office. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. My apartment is spacious with modern finishes, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The location is also a big plus—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transit. Overall, this has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.

I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and in the last year this place has gotten unsafe. Last night I was coming back to my apartment from a friend’s house late at night it was about 1am in the morning and I caught three guys in a car going around the apartment complex breaking into work vans and stealing tools. I called the police and they investigated the situation. Im a plumber with a company vehicle as well, if I was home that night they would’ve broke into my van too stealing tools that I’ve worked my ass for that also help me pay the rent here at the Ashton’s. They don’t even have cameras around their office. This place isn’t safe anymore. I usually don’t write reviews but the guy that got his tools stolen is also a plumber and he was devastated. I’ve had such a great experience living at The Ashton Apartments! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I need. I really appreciate that the team is bilingual, which makes communication easy and shows how considerate they are of all residents. The maintenance team is also outstanding – they respond quickly and always do an excellent job, which gives me real peace of mind. On top of that, the amenities here are a huge plus – everything is clean, modern, and really adds to the overall comfort and convenience of living here. I’m not one to leave a review.. but the lack of communication while trying to break our lease has been frustrating. We had sent a letter back in December giving a 60-day notice to terminate our lease and have not received any acknowledgement on it. We’ve tried to follow up via e-mail (on an address that was actively / promptly responding to my emails initially) and re-sent the letter, but no response. We’ve called MULTIPLE times on different times of the day but no one ever answers. The only time we did manage to reach any one on the phone was on Saturday at around 2PM. We told them that we have been trying to reach them via email/phone in regards to the notice to terminate the lease and was to be told they’ll “let the manager know on Monday.” We tried to follow-up on Monday afternoon and
