The Ashford at Stone Ridge

The application was fast and effecient for myself. Easy access online and fast response got approved in a 3 day span and will be moving into our new home within a weeks timeframe. I’m rally exciting to become a resident in this ncie neighborhood.

Gennia helped me with my application process, delivered me the good news of being approved and it all happened in one day ! She let me know all the details of the moving process so this can be a smooth transition, she promised to call me back after doing one move in for another client and she did just that! She was very professional and personable at the same time, I hope she gets the raise she deserves ! I feel welcomed already and I haven’t moved in yet, excited for me and my daughter to join our new community and a place we can call home. Thank you so much Gennia Sullivan 🩷 you will be blessed !!!

I've been here since 2018. But now I have issues with them. I call no one answer the phone. I'm having mold and mildew issues. It's getting on my clothes and furniture. If bought things to help clean. But until they come get this carpet up it's not gonna go anywhere. It's a good place to live but this has to get fixed. I'm tired of asking. Maybe if you see this something will get done Damn.

I’ve stayed at Ashford Stone Ridge Apartments Going on two years this is my second year. I just signed a new lease. I love it here. It’s quiet My neighbors are friendly. The leasing managers are wonderful when I need anything done to my apartment, Darrell the maintenance manager always get the job done so if you’re looking for an apartment look no more thank you everyone at Ashford Stone Ridge Apartments and a special thank you to Darrell for always making sure we are taking care of.

Ms. Gennia and Ms. Robyn are the best!!! They're kind and sweet. On my move in date they both made me feel welcome and at home ❤️❤️❤️ These apartments are nice, very spacious, clean complex and quite. I love my apartment. Glad I here 😃
