Jennifer M… This office worker is a gem! Always greeted with a warm smile, she handles requests very efficiently and with such great care. Her knowledge of the apartment building and willingness to go the extra mile, even walking me all the way to Cedar to find a missing package, makes living here a pleasure. Jennifer is a true professional who creates a welcoming community. I am so grateful she has our best interest at heart!! I can fully rely on her whenever I need assistance!

Just to preface how bad this place is- here’s a list of things my roommate and I have had to go through since AUGUST. (Meaning we’ve only been here 4 months) Here’s a short but brutally clear bad review based on everything you listed: ⸻ If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire experience has been a mess from start to finish. We couldn’t even tour a 2-bedroom, only for someone else to walk in and see one right in front of us. Communication was awful—took two weeks just to get an unclear answer about changing our move-in date. On move-in day, our movers were literally standing outside while the office claimed we “should’ve paid” for a link that was already expired. Packages were stolen because a former resident still had mail access, our pet rent was charged to the wrong unit, and

Was a good place to live mostly but your packages will be stolen. At least 5 of my packages have been stolen and I was told management unfortunately can’t look at their security cameras to help. They were all small enough amounts that it seemed like a hassle to file police reports but this most recent one was a more expensive purchase. But maintenance is good and so is leasing!

I am moving out so I will be very blunt and honest here. There have been many incidents that have made my living experience here not the best. 1. To start (and it is my favorite since it is so beyond bizarre), there was once HUMAN feces in the stairwell for 3 weeks. It was in underwear. The stairwell smelled so horrific I took the long way to let my dog out. I contacted the office the first two weeks with no response. I ultimately got fed up and contacted corporate management above the leasing office. They finally got back to me and said they would power wash and clean the stairwell. It took 3 weeks for human feces to be removed from a stairwell. I have multiple photos of it because every time I would walk down the stairs every couple of days to see if it was fixed I would update my frien

An apartment was rented at The Ash for 12 months. It was handed over in perfect condition. After more than 3 months, we have been going to your offices constantly to get the return check for the security deposit. Can someone responsible help us resolve this issue? A contact, an email, because we haven't been able to get an appointment with the manager. A first notice was left, but the desk never responds about it. URGENT!
