I just want to thank the Ladies in the office here. They are amazing. I have lived here for almost two years and anytime I had a situation they always came through. So thank you Rachel for standing up to residents and keeping us safe.. I do recommend this place. The staff in the office and maintenance are here to take care of situations. God bless you all.

I do not recommend this property at all. If I could, I would not give it any stars. I lived there some time ago and decided to share my experience now. At first, the staff seemed friendly, but my experience changed over time. When I reported concerns about my unit, I was told that no issue was found, even though I continued experiencing the problem. This was frustrating and made me feel unheard. I also requested the possibility of transferring to another unit, but that option was not offered. Due to these unresolved issues, I eventually chose to leave. I encourage anyone considering this property to carefully evaluate their decision before signing a lease.

I love living here, no issue with office, reliable and no issues with bugs, etc. However, be prepared for constant noise issues. The entire community is constantly having music blasting, cars hot starting and idling for hours, or people screaming at each other 24/7. Children shrieking in halls for hours on end. You will have music blasting and shaking your apartment at all hours, including all night. If the constant noise issues didn't occur, it would be 5 stars, but the noise issues are not the fault of the office or facilities whatsoever. Just TONS of incredibly disrespectful neighbors.

Friendly staff. It’s great that the rent includes almost all utilities — yes, even electricity (just not Internet or Cable TV). Caution: Parking lots and roads can get loud at times. There is on-site security at times. But they may need more (plus some cameras). Don’t like it HOT? During summer, you can set your thermostat to whatever you prefer. But, at some point in Fall (late September or October), the HVAC systems have to switch from cooling only to heating only option. Doesn’t sound so bad, eh? Well, if you have a late and extended spell of hot weather (as we just did in October 2025), it can mean 2 or 3 weeks of temps on second floor on sunny side of the building getting up to almost 90 for much of the day. Me and my boyfriend have been living here for 2 years and it has been amazing so far. They did an amazing job on all of the renovations and has made this little community beautiful. The price is so worth it with utilities included. Rachel has been amazing towards us since the beginning and she was super helpful with us moving in and made the whole process painless and easy. Me and my boyfriend will be here for many years to come. We love it here.
