Worse place to live! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been 8 months and I’m ready to leave. The maintenance ppl don’t fix anything. I’ve told them about my kitchen sink being clogged and the water backs up into the dishwasher then leaks everywhere. My AC still isn’t fixed… it’s 88 degrees in my apt. My balcony is falling apart. We never have hot water. We’ve gone months without hot water. And they even turned off the water for 6 days!!!! Then they expect you to pay over $100 for a water bill that you never use! The grass is over grown. Trash everywhere. There are rats in the apts. The office doesn’t do anything about it. The leasing office is always closed. There is never anyone there. STAY AWAY!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! If I could give this place a 0 I would! They take months to fix anything. Theres NEVER ANY HOT WATER. Or no water for weeks. There’s trash everywhere. The area by the dumpster gets worse by the day, they don’t fix the plumbing!! I’ve had backup sewage coming from the drains for days! My AC doesn’t work! My kitchen sink smells bc it’s also backed up. There’s roaches and rats inside the apts. The rats are coming from the dumpster area, and hide in the over grown grass. The laundry rooms are vandalized and not all washers and dryers work. Your car gets towed. They make you pay $40 for parking, since every parking spot is covered. They charge outrageous for water! You also have to pay for water, trash, pest control, and a facility fee. Which

Do you like human feces, urine, toilet paper and sewer water flowing at the foot of your door? How about a property manager that thinks you're rude because you're asking for maintenance and it doesn't get done for WEEKS? Do you like where you live coming out on KENS 5 (news) because there's human crap spilling out the sewer clean out where you do laundry? Newest "property manager" has no experience, easily flustered and not very tactful. She's been MIA for weeks now, no callbacks, no updates. UPDATE: Property manager Samantha Reyes reached out. She's still hiding and not helpful. While residents are having safety issues, such as outlets burning and melting in their walls, maintenance has been directed to only clean the property. Worst place to live and nothing gets done. I moved because just had enough of everything going on there not worth it. I haven’t even been here for a year yet either Raised the rent without a notice and work orders were not getting done. The maintenance man is just straight up rude. The lady’s in the office are also rude she commented that she “didn’t have time for this” and hung up on my during our conversation I was trying to tell her there was mold on my apartment and dripping water from the ceiling I was getting sick and that our gate if completely off the wall that is a safety hazard. Please don’t rent from this place. It’s very unsanitary. Roach infested and management only cares about money. Been dealing with this infestation problem the second day I stayed in the apartment. I haven’t stayed in the apartment more the ten day due to the infestation of roaches. Tried to work with the property management and ask if I can be released from the least due to the infestation problem and the manager advised no I’ll need to pay a fee and it’s not my issue. I really wish people are empathetic and understanding because it’s not habitable living under those conditions.
