Property has changed so much since i last visited, outside is very clean and it looks like a lot of work has been done to the place! Staff is very friendly and helpful, I spoke with Joanna who sits in the front of the office. She gave me a great tour and answered all of my questions/concerns. Would recommend!
My apartment is nice and clean. If I have any issues my girl Joanna in the office always solves them for me. Been here almost 2 years haven’t had no issues with my building/unit.
Mrs. Heard Is very respectful and pleasant. She cares about the tenants needs and/or concerns, always very helpful and communicates any events that the management team has going on to provide a sense of community within the complex

Joanna in the office is always so helpful! Typical HUD housing so some things are as expected. Nice apartments for the area.
