The Arts Apartments at Jefferson Heights

I love living here. The leasing agents and staff have been incredibly helpful since day one! I have had zero issues since moving in. Nice, quiet neighbors and clean grounds. I love the games they play for prizes at the leasing office too. That is a fun bonus! Hayley was such a joy to work with when I first inquiried about moving in. She made the whole expierence so easy. I would recommend anyone to live here. I havent had to call for maintenance on anything but I am very confident that they would be speedy! -Kayla

Just wanted to shoutout the front office team at "The Arts Apartments at Jefferson Heights" along with a special shoutout to our leasing agent, Ms. Hayley Williams, and her wonderful manager for allowing our move to be easy-going and stress-free as possible. These individuals are well-spoken, very knowledgeable, and dedicated to assisting you in every step along the way (with gratitude and a smile!). I couldn't thank them enough for all the hard work they did, to not only expedite the process, but for it to be as organized as it was, was the cherry on top! To be clear, for any future residents considering the Arts at Jefferson, consider a tour at the least and ASK FOR HAYLEY!

I cannot rave enough about both this place, and the people that work in the leasing office. Everyone is incredibly laid back, BUT also tremendously efficient and eager to assist. I have had such smooth and easy move-in process, and cannot be thankful enough. The community is nice and well kept and they offer lots of amenities, so there is something for everyone!!

Danny was so helpful with my boyfriend finding a new apartment. So far, it's been a great experience. The apartment is very clean with great amenities.

This peaceful escape is a fantastic apartment complex with so many great amenities including but not limited to multiple dog parks, nice art that can point visitors to the right apartment, and more. I recommend friends to stay here!
