The Arts Apartments at Broussard Crossing

I love living here. The resident events are so much fun. Maintenance is awesome and I can’t wait for another year ! The location is perfect, and the trees make the community so beautiful. Staff is kind and I absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to live!

We’ve now lived here for about 2 years, going on 3. Before living here, we had lived at two other complexes in town but left after a year lease was up. We have loved every minute of living here. The units are clean, updated, and affordable, the staff is very friendly and caring, and the complex is well-kept. Lawn care comes about twice a week and blows off our patios individually. Maintenance requests are handled within a day. The property manager, Heather, is the sweetest and very attentive. They host events at the leasing office almost weekly and deliver monthly newsletters with the ‘pet of the month’. Residents are friendly and they are great about cleaning up behind their pets thanks to the complex staff. It feels like a quiet, little community here and the residents seem to stay here

Do not rent here due to management, AKA Heather. I rented here at the Arts in 2021 and I had a wonderful experience. This was a few years ago and there was different management at the time. I had no complaints whatsoever. Only 6 months into my lease I had to get someone to take over the lease and move out, due to personal life changes. Fast forward a few years later, and I am remembering the wonderful experience I had at the Arts: the location, the rent price, the communication from management, the politeness of the staff, the timeliness of maintenance requests, etc. It was the perfect apartment complex to call home. I’ve been living here for 2 years and absolutely like it. The location is perfect — close to the airport, Costco, schools, and everything I need. It’s peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciate. There’s always plenty of parking, and the repair service is so fast and reliable. Most importantly, the manager, Miss Heather, is incredibly kind and helpful. She always assists me with anything I need.

The staff is very nice, Heather and Maddie always try to include people in fun activities they’ve set up themselves through each holiday, trying to make people feel more at home then just another apartment owner. The maintenance people are great, they come in a timely manner and usually get things done, I appreciate having people like them to help at any time. The apartments are nice! And pest control comes every 3 months so I have not seen one pest, they do a really great job. It’s a nice place to call home!!
