The Arts Apartments at Bluebonnet Place

The apartments here are amazing. I’ve had an amazing experience, definitely recommend 10/10. The amenities are above and beyond, pool, grilling area, vending machines, doggy park, vacuum to keep your vehicle clean! Any problems I’ve had get fixed right away very attentive maintence staff! Ashley was amazing very good with communication and making sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and safe ! Huge thanks to Ashley!

I had an amazing time touring the complex with Ashely! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the property and could answer any question I had. They were so accommodating with my move in date and when I finally moved in, they have been just as kind and helpful to make sure all my needs are met. This place is an amazing deal for the price and lovely staff they have on site. I would definitely recommend checking The Arts at Bluebonnet out if you're looking for a place around the area. The apartment is so close to Walmart, tons of restaurants, and anything you would need! Looking forward to my stay here!

Not sure about the negative reviews, but I have had a very pleasant experience living here thus far. Jason (Leasing Manager) has been very kind to me and very patient about my requests within my apartment. I had a brand-new washer and dryer installed, and my tub was resurfaced at no cost. The maintenance team as well, specifically Jo Jo, has been very quick and efficient with my needs as well. To clarify, I have been living here since August 2025, and I am a PhD student at LSU. It has been very quiet, and I do enjoy how kind everyone has been to me so far. Not a bad place to live if you are a graduate student or anyone who likes a quiet complex with families as well.

Will be applying either today or tomorrow, they convinced me quick! Clean area, quiet community, great staff in the office. Met Ashley and had a 1 hour tour with her. Never knew that was an apartment complex until I saw the new sign they put out there. Definitely loved their 1 bedroom at a good price and new features!

I love these apartments, soo clean and feels very safe! Ashly was such a huge help with everything I needed, shes so polite and has great communication skills!
