Customer Reviews
I have had an excellent experience living at the Arrow apartment complex in Minneapolis. The quality of the units is very good: the apartments are modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall environment of the building is pleasant and professionally managed. One aspect that particularly stands out is the responsiveness and kindness of the staff. Whenever I submitted a request or had a question, the personnel responded promptly and handled the matter efficiently. This level of attentiveness makes daily living here much easier and more enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Travon Swingler from the maintenance team. He has consistently done an outstanding job addressing my maintenance requests. Most recently, he resolved an issue with my microwave oven quickly and profes
Currently in recovery from surgery due to fungal growth in my sinuses from mold in this building that management didn't take as seriously as they should have when I had it brought up to them!!!! "minor mold in the bathroom" is what they told me but it sure was major enough to cause minor mold in my actual head !!!! Do NOT sign here, my resident account was also non functional for the last few months of my living there making me unable to access the mailroom among other would be conveniences. The maintenance guy Travon is the nicest person ever and the only good part about this building, every other experience with management has been beyond miserable.
the arrow is an okay place to lease at but it needs lots of renovations. the paint is tacky…. and often peeling as well as the flooring (in my room at least). i paid at least $900 a month, interior wise, i don’t really think it’s worth the price. when i first moved in my toilet wasn’t working and it really was a pain but the maintenance guy always came to try to fix it. they were supposed to get some repair man to actually look at it but they never did, thankfully it started working on its own. the hallway always smelled so bad for some reason. one day i would walk in and it smelled like fish guts but the next day i would walk in and it smelled like they sprayed 10,000 chemicals in the hall to get the smell away. i probably would avoid living on the first floor, im sure all the other floor
I mean, it’s not great, but it’s a college apartment. I didn’t expect it to be overly awesome by any means. It’s basically like paying for a really expensive dilapidated dorm room. If you’re planning on moving into a multi-bedroom unit, bring a friend or someone you know. The roommate matching didn’t work well for me, I was paired with someone who smokes indoors, even though I specifically stated I preferred a roommate who doesn’t. The rooms themselves aren’t impressive. The floorboards are peeling up, the blinds are cheap, and you’d better furnish your own apartment. Parking is ridiculously expensive, but you don’t have much of a choice: either pay for it or park on the street and risk being ticketed or towed. Winter makes it even worse since your car will almost certainly be plowed in.
The Arrow is perfect for student apartments. Inside the apartments it feels modern and clean, and the location in Minneapolis is hard to beat. Definitely worth checking out!
