I'm actually leaving this review about the maintenance professional, Isaac. I have had less-than-stellar experiences in the past with service requests at other apartment communities, but Isaac (1) actually showed up when he said he would (on the same day I submitted the request no less), (2) resolved all our issues completely, and (3) was friendly as he could be. It's such a treat to see him!

We’ve been dealing with water leaks in our ceiling and front door since February 21st. Came home on Tuesday to a giant cut out, and two smaller cut outs in my ceiling. Two covered with tarp and one screwed back into place. On Friday we were told the leaks seem to have been repaired. They clearly have not been fixed because it’s leaking again in all those spots. I’m tired of living with holes in my roof and water marks all over the ceiling. It’s disgusting to pay this much money to have an apartment that looks like this. Mind you this is not the first time this roof has leaked since living here.

Isaac’s professionalism is unmatched. He was very patient and knowledgeable about fixing my ac and heat. He was kind and respectful. It is apparent that he takes pride in his work and has experience. So glad to have you here supporting us.

Ms. Erica in the office is super sweet and understanding especially after coming in to this property with all that was going on. It’s a quiet little area in a good place and she’s had them fix it up nicely and the team is very prompt. Thank you!

The leasing office is pretty cool they helped me get the forms and everything needed to have a smooth move, isaac the new maintenance man is very helpful and a kind guy!
