The Arlington of Poughkeepsie

I recently moved into The Lofts at the School at The Arlington of Poughkeepsie and I am beyond thrilled ! The Lofts are in a repurposed Elementary School which I actually attended as a child .The lofts are so bright , charming and energy efficient . I love the way that the project incorporated the character and history of the school while giving me a modern and beautiful apartment with state of the art appliances and amenities. I chose a one bedroom but there are also two bedrooms , each apartment is unique and many different floor plans are available . I love being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants . It is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful campus of Vassar College and a short drive to many other outdoor parks and green spaces . I love calling The Arlington of Poughkeepsie my ho

I am so in love with this apartment! The location is unbelievable. Walking distance to many cool places. The whole process was smooth. Ms. Corina Navarra provided such a great support step by step. Excellent customer service! The best I’ve ever had. Living here is amazing! Highly recommend!

I have had an amazing experience at the Arlington of Poughkeepsie and am so excited to call it home. Corina has been amazing to work with and has made the entire move in process easy and low stress. The building itself is beautiful. I especially love the high ceilings and natural light. Additionally, the amenities are a huge bonus and I love being within walking distance of Vassar College and multiple restaurants. I highly recommend the Arlington to anyone in the area!

Nestled at the heart of a charming college town, the Arlington complex is a remarkable blend of historical preservation and modern flair. It’s rare to see a development that so respectfully honors the past while meeting the needs of today's residents, but this complex does so beautifully. The developers have taken a historic structure and, rather than overhaul its character, enhanced its timeless appeal. Walking past it, you get a sense of pride for the area’s heritage, as if it’s always been there—yet with a fresh vibrancy that’s unmistakably new. I am currently a tenant of The Arlington & although I have only been here for a few months I am NOT new to the neighborhood. I find living on Raymond Avenue an absolutely a gem. We are tenants of all ethnicities, ages & professions. It has been a pleasure living here. I have lived in PK since 1998 & The Arlington offers me a neighborhood feel with amazing amenities, beautiful apartments & friendly neighbors. The newly built sitting area with the planted trees will offer the entire community a place they can enjoy while strolling Raymond Avenue. Whether you doing some shopping or grabbing coffee there be a lot to offer everyone in the community. The business already open & those that will open soon will only bring more to enjoy. I am excited as a tenant & community member. We can all enjoy
